The Process:

Place one of the beef patties and press it down firmly with a spatula or burger press to keep it thin and wide. Let it sear for 2–3 minutes without moving. Flip, and cook on the other side. When fully cooked, top with cheese, and cook another 1–2 minutes until melted.

Step 4: Make the Burger Aioli

While your burgers cook, whisk together the mayo, Dijon mustard, ketchup, dill pickle brine, cayenne, paprika, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Step 5: Assemble & Serve
